Coming down with something

Morning sickness has been all day sickness.. and now I think I am getting a sinus infection! I had to sleep on 9 pillows  last night to elevate myself. I can do ok with nausea and the occasional vomiting, but that combined with a sore throat not being able to breath is really horrible!
