Labor?

I woke with some cramping this morning. Went up to Target to take some items back and then to the pet store for cat food and toys. Came home to find a puddle of red goo on the driveway, drove the car back to the shop that just fixed it... then the cramps got really bad. Contractions started when the car was ready and David got there (we didnt know if they would finish my car that day). They have been pretty consistent every 15 minutes... but now it has been five hours and it hasnt gotten any closer. So I'm wondering if this is going to continue or pass.. real or not real?!
